2011 - 2012 Goals

• Support “Arts Enhancement” programs

• Update & support school libraries as determined by school librarian and staff

• Increase communication between PTA, school community and larger Brier community

• Continue to increase our volunteer base through better communication and recognition

• Broaden our membership base to at least 275 members

• Raise funds needed to support our goals including pursuing grants, and promoting passive fundraisers

• Participate in PTA Focus Day

• Support Watch D.O.G.S. program

• Increase environmental awareness

• Support literacy programs

• Increase attendance at general membership meetings

• Establish a mentorship for incoming elected officers
