*Attached please find a copy of the budget being submitted for general membership approval.

 

If approved by General Membership the following additions/changes are being proposed to the budget. 

 

INCOME/EXPENSES

 

Social Events:

Line 20 & 21 - Two events were added to the budget – an end-of-year Carnival and one to-be-determined family fun night

 

General Fundraising

Line 36 - A new fundraiser – Entertainment Book Sales has been added.

 

Grant Fundraising

Line 44 - Field Enhancement has been added.  Funds are expected to be returned to the PTA from the District.

 

Programs

Line 71 - Exercise Enhancement added.  PTA member will chair this program.

Line 72 – Grounds Improvement - PTA member will chair this program.

 

Administrative

Line 125 – PTA Promotions – promote our PTA to community; will also help increase membership

Line 126 – Website Fees – annual fee for server space

Line 127 – Legislative issues

 

Grants

Office equipment – Wireless Headset – grant to office staff
